Slitting Roll Pass Design for Rebars
In March 2018, a roll pass design for 2-strand slitting rebar was delivered to the continuous mill of a major steel group in Central America. The 8.0 and 8.5 mm rebar can now be produced in a production capacity suitable for the rolling mill. This was the roll pass design number 134 developed by Copar.
